Admin assistant

We are looking for a virtual assistant who can help with general admin tasks such as providing diary management, drafting letters and email, following up calls, internet research for the director to have all relevant information in advance of meetings, together with detailed draft itineraries, maps, etc. for any domestic or international travel, provide support for secretarial tasks, draft communications, presentations and papers as required, take minutes and ensure any necessary actions are followed up, contacts management, update client contact details, action emails in the absence of director, answer telephone calls promptly and politely, ensuring that accurate and detailed messages are taken and distributed and that all queries are dealt with professionally and effectively, filling in application forms, preparation of expense claims and submission of timesheets, handle various other projects and administrative tasks, perform basic research, have advanced Word, excel and other MS Office applications.
