Hi, I can design and implement a method in MIMO-OFDM method. But before that I want to ensure it's "novel". Thats very subjective. So I would prefer to discuss first before we go into the project. And if the time to discuss is more than 5-10 minutes, I would like to be paid at my hourly rate just for the discussion at first. This is irrespective of I am implementing the task or not. I believe you can decide within first 5-10 min whether you want to go for the discussion/ consultation. Then if you like my ideas and we both are comfortable; we can start with this task. I have done works in different dimensions of MIMO-OFDM communication system simulation (Matlab) and hardware Implementation (NI USRP 2920 with LabView). I am working as a Research Associate at Gauhati University in a DIT, MCIT, Govt. of India sponsored project. The project that I have completed was a major project with three years of span where I developed soft computational tools for performance improvement of MIMO-OFDM systems.
