Algorythm EXPERT needed

We need a help to find a way to create an algorithm that gives a number based on a given parameter and a range which is delimited by a shape of a triangle (although it will not be linear). There will be 3 states, and lets called them points A, B and C. You will be given either 1 or 2 numbers for the points and the other needs to be calculated by the algorithm. All the results need to be within the range of the triangle. All 3 states will start with and initial number, say A = 100, B = 0 and C = 0. I should be able to play with the numbers and the algorithm should be able to modify the other(s) so they don’t get out of the range. If the numbers I provide are out of the range, it should give me a FALSE result. If the numbers I provide are within the range, the algorithm should calculate the other points by itself.
