Add Super Admin User Level

**SUMMARY** Generally, this project is to create an Administrative User Level in an existing software. There are a few other things to setup as well, but the major work is the creation of a General Admin User Level and its functionality. In the Current Software, the "Normal Site Administrator" can access and control everything. This administrator will continue to have the same universal privileges to all areas of the site and be able to approve or override any settings made by the new General Administrator level. The existing Administrator will now be called the "Super Administrator". Essentially, the New "General Administrator" will be a copy of the Super Admin, except that his privileges and sphere of influence will be limited. In the Current Software, there exists a Public Area, a Merchant Area, and an Administrator Area. In the Current Software, the "Normal Site Administrator" can access and control everything. This administrator will continue to have the same universal privileges to all areas of the site and be able to approve or override any settings made by the new General Administrator level. The existing Administrator will now be called the "Super Administrator". In the Current Software, the existing Super Admin can create cities, coupons & subscription products, and manage payment portals. Business Clients can purchase coupon services & subscription products associated with a specified city. My plan is that now each city will have its own General Administrator who can create the subscription products that pertain only to that specific city, and receive the payment from Business Clients for the purchase of those products. Essentially, the New "General Administrator" will be a copy of the Super Admin, except that his privileges and sphere of influence will be limited. The Super Admin can create users and assign/unassign any user level (including General Admin status) to any user and can assign/unassign one or more cities to any General Admin User. Another method for our client to acquire General Admin status is to Purchase the merchandising rights for one or more cities. The software will list any cities that are available and will allow the client to enter additional cities that do not already exist in the database. Then, upon successful payment, the software will automatically confer the General Admin User Level on our client. If at anytime the subscription payment fails, the account will be suspended and a notification email will be sent to the General Admin Client and the Super Admin. Here's How It Will Work: Registration Client Uses Affiliate Link to Register for New Admin Account We will use our existing Affiliate software (iDev or J-ROX Jam) to track a fee for this registration. A registration form will open on our coupon website to display the cities from our database that have been tagged by the Super Admin as "available" Client will select as many cities as he wises to purchase; Client may "add" additional cities to the list( city, state/province, Country) Program will check the database and if it does not exist, it will be added to this client's list for checkout Client will checkout by paying a monthly subscription fee. New General Admin Account is created on our coupon website. By default General Admin can login and setup his profile, payment portal, and other account details, but the settings will not be applied in any function until the Super Admin assigns (or the program assigns) one or more cities to the General Admin User. The General Admin may create products for any city that is assigned to him; and he can manage his payment portal independently. When Merchant Clients purchase a coupon or package, the payment may be processed using the General Admin's payment criteria (Paypal Merchant ID ). As a result, each General Admin will receive payments directly from clients. When our site is opened in a Browser , the Current Software Automatically detects the IP's Geo Location and calls the relevant settings for that city . Also, the user can manually change cities by selecting a city from the drop-down list. For the new General Admin settings, the Logo, Skin, Advertising Code Snippets, Paypal Address, and other data will be loaded relevant to the IP's Geo Location Detection in the users browser (or when the city is selected from the drop-down list).
