Hello. Altium Designer pro here. I've looked at the TK1 schematics/layout data a while ago when I was making an add-on board for it, and they like to provide just enough data to make reconstructing their hardware very annoying. Anyway, the problem with the allegro data provided is that BRD file has many, many pads + components that do not directly convert to any Altium primitives. The .ASC file is unrouted (only drill/via info) and looks to be generated from gerbers by using CAM350. So this one is not usable either. Also due to the sheer size of the project, any modification on imported .BRD takes several minutes to update PCB even on high-end hardware (for example to change one footprint from incorrectly imported one to the right one and update back on PCB. So this is many, many hours job (probably several days at least) for someone to go through and fix all the import errors. There's another path you might want to try is importing .BRD into PADS VX and then saving PADS ASCII and importing that, but you're looking at 2nd generation conversion here with even less chances to make it right. Anyway, obviously this bid is just for telling you this and I have no plans to spend almsot a week to import the board - I suggest you just do the import yourself and copy the relevant bits (main SoC, DDR, etc) into your original design and go from there.
