Hi, and thanks for the posting. I opened your file with Libre Office where I could perform edits-if I understood correctly and this is what you need me to do. Nevertheless, anyone with Libre Office on their PC could edit. Could you tell me what edits you need? Thanks in advance and I'm looking forward to your reply :) Anna

PDF forms are my specialty. In my day job working for an insurance company and on Freelancer. For this form, I will need to know all the elements that you wish to be dynamic and how you would like the form to be working. I understand that there may be a couple of persons editing the form. I am happy to provide any references by way of forms that I have created from the design to the final editable form. This piece should take between 2 and 4 hours depending on the complexity of the final requirements. Once we've clarified the type of design you would like and how the form would be working, I will provide a first draft in pdf. Once approved, I will add the editable form fields.
