Hello enjoyurlife, Please review my portfolio at your leisure for examples of my drafting and design work, etc. I have been drafting for over 19 years and I have been using AutoCAD for around 20 years. Currently for 3D work I use Revit in which I have 3 years experience - examples in my freelancer portfolio. I assume that you are able to provide the necessary information regarding the site, style, any town planning constraints, covenants, etc. that you wish your design to be in (or if there is free reign in the design). Given the slope of the block a DTM (digital terrain model) survey would be required for best results. Please note that this proposal is for sketch design only - not construction documents.
