I need a Delphi 7 simple software to hide form components based on configuration in an ini file. Let's say I have an application with two forms: Form1 and Form2. Form1 has the following components: Edit1, Edit2, Edit3 Form2: Edit1, Edit2, Edit3 The ini file will have the form name and the list of components to be hidden. So if I want to hide [login to view URL] and [login to view URL], the ini file will look something like this: [Form2] hide=Edit2 hide=Edit3 This is basically what is needed. A way to be able to configure the system without having to change anything on the code itself. If you have a better way, your welcome to suggest it.
