Database Here are the fields that I would like, and their descriptions name - in a drop down list Date and time - this would be current date and time when they arrive Shift number - drop down list 1-5 Time On & Off Fields would be the time they go on and off the table we call these pushes so I would want a Time on and time off for each push. This amount of time should show up in another field showing the amount of time in decimals The next two fields at the end of each Push would be their Rake and their Tips, once entered there would be a calculation that shows that per hour amount based on the decimal time calculation. In the next field, They will enter the average number of players that they had at the table during there push Totals is the next section I am going to want it to total up the number of hours they actually work along with that also the calculation of their rake and tips per hour for each push and the end of day totals when they are cashing out at the end of the night in going to want to have the followi fields; Amount of cash Amount of payouts and the reason for the payout Amount of loans in a field and put who the loan was too and then a comment field Cash out time field on the date field I would like to also have the day of the week so I can do reporting to see how thursdays are compared to Fridays at cetera Reports it is quite important to distinguish between the time that they have arrived and the time they have actually sat at the table and able to have rake and tips, the main reason for this I may want to do a calculation at the end of the month that says how many hours they were here not necessarily working the table but physically here and the amount of money that they made, and that they made per hour per week or per day for that matter and I would like to know are Thursdays better than Saturdays will vice versa based on the hours or our they were here.
