Crystal Reports Call Count Database

Greetings. I am running Crystal Reports 2008 I need a report that will go through my customer database and give me a count of the number of records that have a value between 0 - 6 in a givin field and print a summery for that customer. There would also be an area where I could assign customer names to numbers. Final report would look something like this: CUSTOMER CALL COUNT AJAX 157
