If I understood correctly, you have a Julia program that is too slow for your needs and you want this reimplemented and more user friendly (preferably web based). There are 2 aspects: 1. Speed, no pure web based solution will be faster than Julia. If you want maximum speed we'll need to use native code C++ or Fortran. 2. User friendliness, it is possible to add a GUI to the program in order to make it more user friendly. I currently own an algorithm which is written using the mathematical programming language Julia. The goal of the algorithm is to pick the best output to a problem based on different preset constraints. The program works fine but t is slow and not user friendly at all. I would somebody to recreate the same algorithm using a more user friendly language (maybe something web based) where it would be easy to tweak the algorithm but also make it run faster. Right now, if I would like to get 50 possible solutions, it takes at least 5 mins for the algorithm to calculate them. The data needed for the algorithm and the output file are regular .csv files

It is interesting for me to dive into algorithm and expose it user friendly. I suggest to do it by means of Google Spreadsheet, where we can do many useful things. Preset constraints may be stored as a sheet-table. Core language - Javascript. CSV may be imported or exported easily. Web-based! The speed of calculations is under question, but we know Google platform is not slow. I have good skills in Google Apps Script and pure JavaScript programming. So I am ready!
