adjusting excel formula and create / adjust csv ebay template

I make lists of items in excel to transfer them in to a csv file for listing on ebay through turbolister. The file is set up so that if I use certain keywords the category in which to list is automatically selected. This works perfect but i need an additional parameter to be used and my excel isn't good enough, so looking for an excel expert. After this i need the csv file to be checked against what I want on my listing. Somehow it seems that I can't get some parameters right, so this might need some editing. If you van design a store as well, that would be an additional bonus as once I have the basics up and running I will need more. Full details will be provided to bidders. This project is somewhat urgent, especially the excel list.
