Dear Sir, Thank you for considering our bid, we'll make sure that you get the most for the money requested. We are strongly convinced that if this assignment is to be carried out professionaly, you need a team of at least 2. That is why you will get a team of 3 very experienced interpreters for the assignemnet and if you pick us and each of us will go separatelly through emails in order to make sure that nothing important is missed. Since the qualitive or the quantative parameters are not pointed out, we've calculated our services based on 10-12 man-hours a day ratio (3-4 hours a day per team member) estimating that we go through 1000 e-mails a day. In case that the assignment is time sensitive we can allocate some of our resources to get it done quicker with an unsignificant amendment in our bid.
