Develop a contact sheet in excel

I would like all of the contacts written down on these pieces of paper added to an excel spreadsheet with the name of the company, contact name, what we use them for, address, phone number, email and fax. Then a section for me to write what days we order and what days they deliver. Also need a column that says whether it is applicable to the park or the kiosk or both and need to be able to sort by this if needed. Then a notes section for me to write anything else. Any details not listed, just leave blank, except for contact details which you should be able to google if not supplied. Alphabetical order would be great by supplier name please.
