Create a Excel Spreadsheet database

Simple Staff holiday entitlement database spreadsheet I have a 16 members of staff who are entitled to so many days holiday a year, what I need is a simple but effect way of adding additional days including deleting staff along their holidays so far taken. The spreadsheet should have the following: Add members of staff easy Delete members of staff easy Search/drop down menu with staff names so I can easily view their details Ability to edit the amount of days entitlement to their name Display how many days they have Display how many days left holiday they have Display how many days they’ve taken Show month by month (12 months) including dates for that month (in other words, display January with 31 days). I need the ability to select any dates within that year (i.e. I could select May the 4th from a drop down menu if possible) and enter how many hours that member of staff wishes to take (could only be 1.5 hours), therefore the final holiday should reflect the results. I also plan to have certain departments (ability to add and delete departments), therefore I would like to add a new member of staff under a certain department, for example (community, welfare, trust). I would ask prefer to have a dashboard to view the results, as I mentioned I can select a person’s name and all the details will show (how many days taken, how many left, which days within the year i.e. January=2 days, February=4 days). The most important thing is the hours, if a member of staff has 4 days left and he wishes to have only 1 hour and 30 minutes the results should clearly show that this person has 3 days 11 hours and 30 minutes left).
