ART INDUSTRY - ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

A wide variety of tasks including bookkeeping, providing administrative support to staff, and ensuring the smooth running of a business. Responsibilities will include managing all the administrative processing of accounts payable and receivable, assisting with various projects, along with general office duties. You will have proven administrative ability and a flexible attitude, have an understanding of basic bookkeeping, demonstrate excellent written communication as well as a strong sense of confidentiality. Key responsibilities will include: - Provide administrative and accounts support - Assist monitoring management accounts and budgets - Reconciliation of accounts payable/receivable and banking - Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) - Writing media releases - Updating website and social media monthly - E-invitation creation (Mailchimp) - Newsletter creation (content supplied to you) - Grant / proposal writing (editing) - Other ad hoc duties as required Required - The ability to meet deadlines - Attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication skills - Excellent written and verbal English - Excellent organisation skills Immediate start
