This is a project about using Excel for Statistical Analysis. There are some data in an Excel file and i have used "Data Analysis" packet from the toolbar of Excel. I have calculated the Mean and Standard Deviation and some other coefficent.
Analysis Of Variance=Anova
The Analysis Of Variance, popularly known as the ANOVA, can be used in cases where there are more than two groups ( in this case we have three columns of Excel).
Using Anova is an easy work to calculate the mean and variance, p-value. But i have calculated Standard deviation with formula from Excel.
There are 22 students, men and women.
The first column is the age of the students, the second column is the blood sugar on an empty stomach and the third column is the blood sugar after an activity and the fourth column describe the normal value of the blood sugar.
Using One Way Anova we find the values of mean, standard deviation, variance, p-value and the others coefficients.
It's important to know how to use the advanced Excel for Statistic and also Data Analysis packet.
