Data Entry - upload 40 English Lessons for a language School

We are looking for a virtual assistant to help us uploading 40 Lessons to our database.
Each lessons includes a "Theory" and an "Exercises" section.
From the source document to our database, the lessons needs some adaptations. Proper instructions will be provided but some experience with academic content will be strongly considered.
To view how 1 lesson looks like; follow these instructions:

Login: test[a][login to view URL] (you need to replace the [a] ).
Password: 123456
Once in the account, click on any of the "Live lessons" from the box on top.

Keep in mind, each pages needs some adaptation but you will work according to the instructions of our "content manage".
IMPORTANT: SOME OF OUR COURSE NEED SOME ADAPTATION. Some phrases need to be adjusted from the source document to our database. You will have proper guidance from our content manager.
Note that if this project is going well, we will renew for another project. We have a total of 720 lessons to upload.
