Data Copy and Paste, 2 day work

* Your bid is for completing all files * Very simple, straight forward project.... I need approximately 20 files containing a total of roughly 300 address records each (total of 6000(8 cells per record)(name, address, phone email) put into a specific format. It is all copy and paste, but data needs to be parsed and sorted into proper format. Provider will copy data from PDF, paste into excel and then spend their time formatting each cell into the proper columns and rows. - - - -- 20 PDF files (some records contain spouses - Create separate record for spouse.) Final data format as follows: All files must be in same format upon completion named the same as their pdf file: Column A, Last Name; Column B, First Name "space" Middle Name; Column C, street address; Column D, City State Zip; Column E, phone; Column F, email (if record is a spouse, use the current address and phone used for primary record, if spouse has no email, leave blank, if they have no phone, use primary). Column G secondary phone; Column H, secondary email. This is truly copy and paste, and should not require much data entry. - YOUR BID WILL BE YOUR PRICE FOR ALL COMPLETED FILES in time listed. There is a deadline of 72 hours! - You will resend the completed documents back to me via freelancer - Will need a non disclosure agreement upon being chosen as provider - You MUST be able to meet deadline or don't offer. I have been paying a provider this price, roughly $2 per file, on a larger batch of files. - You MUST be able to complete all within 48 hours Will send files as .zip when provider is chosen. - Your bid price will be your posted bid price in Freelancer. A bid price by any other method will not be honored. - Task must be 100% completed per our agreed schedule - Payment will be made after all files are completed. - Payment through will be deposited as benchmark with Freelancer Escrow account. Funds will be released after checking for data entry quality. - Please consider the following, when applying for this project. We may cancel or terminate the project if the chosen provider is: 1) Ignoring and not responding to our emails within 4 hours 2) Not delivering the Project on time 3) Not providing very high quality 4) Requesting an increase in agreed upon rate Attached is an example of how the data should look when completed.
