Hi, I am pleased to introduce myself as a mid managerial finance person. In my previous assignment I was working in the capacity as General Manager. My major responsibility was to prepare budgets monitor the variance and report to chairman to initiate corrective actions for certain budgets weekly and others monthly. I present monthly financials viz Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss account and Cashflows to the chairman. Also I have to certify that all the accounts are in compliance with GAAP and Indian companies act, which is similar to UK companies act. I was taking care of complete financial requirements and monitoring for entire group. I had been preparing business plans and credit data to banks for justifying new line of credits needed and also for renewals. This includes business plan with forecast for next five years. I had to analyse the company's financials as done by the banker with all ratios and other financial indicators to ensure that it passes through the bankers analysis successfully. These are all done in Excel. I have attached work samples for your reference. I have expertise in Xero. I can import all your bank transactions , upload chart of accounts or create a new one with consultation, upload customers and vendors.I can set up budgets and also customized variance reports. Accounting files have been sent via email and communication via Skype or phone whenever necessary. I am qualified with MYOB including Payroll and am highly adaptable - I'm sure Xero will be no problem as long as I can log-in. I have TAFE qualifications in using Excel. My price may seem a bit higher than your range, but you need a native-English speaker who is capable with Bookkeeping (plus, my wife has an MPA in Accounting - if there is some strange transaction or question, I have access to a professional Accountant and Auditor!).
