Data Scrape (annual updates as well)

I require an expert in the use of Mozenda or similar software to scrape a site for name, mobile phone number, postcode and possibly email addresses. (not sure if this data can be easily scraped??) The website containing the data is [login to view URL] I will also require this to be done annually to update the data, so the winning bidder, upon successful completion of this task, will have a job every year from me, and other clients who come to me for advice, so I look forward to receiving your bid. I tried to use the Mozenda service trial, but it was a little complex to me, so I am after an expert who can quickly and efficiently get the data required. The data output should be an excel spreadsheet with the columns as described above Name - (the first name of the agent selling the property) Phone - (their mobile phone number) Postcode - (the postcode of the property that the property is listed in) Email - (if possible to scrape the, email of the agent as well) I am after the postcodes 4000 - 4599 for now, but further scrapes may be awarded to the winning bidder, if they are priced well, and do what I have asked.
