Data Entry Work Very easy

This involves very easy work - just copying and pasting. I have completed about 2000 or so auctions on ebay and these people have opted into my newsletter. However I only recently bought an aweber autoresponder, and now I need someone to manually go through my past emails and copy and paste the emails and names into a CSV (or excel) document so I can bulk import them into aweber. Past experience has shown that about 400 - 500 names can be done in 4 hours or so. I would estimate I have perhaps 3000 names that need to be done in this fashion, however I would like to make this project for FOUR HOURS of your time - so please bid accordingly.
