Data entry into real estate website

We are in need of an individual that could input property images, features and descriptions into our website, and can re write articles and post them to our site. We will provide properties initially. Inputing Task will be as follows: 1. Go to link that we supply you where the information is located. 2. Save all the images to your HD 3. Login to our site 4. Create a new property 5. Insert the title - (we provie) 6. Copy and paste the data from source site to ours. 7. Select the images for the property 8. Click update 9. move on to the next property... Very simple task that takes a maximum of 5 to 7 minutes per property. We anticipate between 10 to 20 properties per day. The rewritting will be at a rate of one article per day. Initially we will be supplying you with the articles, however we would like an individual that can quickly learn what it is we want and could ultimately find and rewrite one article per day for us. You will have to demonstrate you work with a test initially and we will be looking at the following results: 1. Accuracy of work 2. quality of rewrite work 3. how fast you accomplish the work 4. quality of communication between us, as this is a long term project. The daily work should take no more than one to two hours per day, so when bidding please take that into account. Also please quote "I am interested" when responding, that way I can eliminate time wasters. Obviously data entry is a step by step process and if you cannot follow this simple step then the job is not for you. Happy Bidding!!!
