Copy Protect My Programs That I Make Portable

I have a program that is used for car dealers and other programs that I make portable and put on a Hard Drive or USB Removable Drive. Once sold to my customers I do not want them being able to cut, or copy from that USB Drive or Hard Drive once installed to sell or give to another person or business without them buying it from me. If the program on the USB Drive or Hard Drive is copied or cut to put on another drive (CD, Hard Drive etc.) it will not work. But the protable program will still function on that drive with it being protected. So it will still work within the USB Drive, Hard Drive etc. once the copywrite program is used or added. How can I protect my portable software from being removed from the USB Drive or Hard Drive? If possible, I and I only would like access to remove it if it has to be save or backed up onto a CD or Hard Drive, but it can only be done be me, password etc. ?
