Dieting E-Book

I want to make a e-book about 50 to 60 pages on how to diet. How can you eat the right foods to help with weight and become healthier. My ultimate goal is to make 3 e-books to help achieve peoples goals. In the book i need, a 14 day diet plan, for vegetarians and non vegetarians. I need a small calendar. Facts on why to eat well. This is not a promise on well over night you will achieve your goal, this if or people who want it bad.? ## Deliverables I need again 50 - 60 pages , e-book on dieting and eating right. This book would intel that if one wants to work hard and see the results they will need to follow what we have in this book. 1. I want to talk about, dieting and why people fail. How can one be more successful by reading this and implementing right away. What sets this book apart from others. Because i have failed with other plans and have found a real way to diet right. The right foods and dishes to eat.? 2. Go through the foods that are healthy and stuff to stay away from. We can find good information in the web regarding this. Put a picture of the food pyramid in there.? 3. 14 day foods that go from morning till night, of non veg and veg. Needs to be 14 days each.? 4 Get a calendar or tracking system that people can document what is going on.? 5. Everything needs to be in great detail. Lets talk about this back and fourth about how we can make this perfect.? 6. Im not sure how to put it on the web yet but i need this in pda, mp3, and all types of files thank you.
