adsense sites needed

it was difficult to find the right location to post this need. What I need is a good adsense website builder. I manage 10,000 plus legal, mortgage, and realtor domain names for a client and he wants to adsense them. We hired one guy, but his sites were not very good. An example is www.anchoragetrialattorney.com. The newsfeed quit working, and it lost its #1 ranking on google. i need someone who can build these sites cheap, get them up on google for the keywords (we own the exact key word domains) and SEO them and provide content so that people are inclined to hit the ads on the site. ## Deliverables Basically my boss owns around 10,000 plus domain names. He continually buys them up and sells them but now he wants to adsense all of the names. We have went through only one person but it was a bad experience. He was not from the US and communication was difficult. My boss used to be the CEO of [login to view URL] and has nothing but TOP LEVEL domain names. [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc.... What we need are sites full of rich content, a news feed, and anything else you can recommend to get them to the top of Google. Since we own the key word, it should be little work, its the content and the news feed customized to the exact domain name thats hard. If we found the right person to build these, set them up on our server, put them into our adsense account, it would be very profitable for them.
