I could do it -- it's what an editor does all day long, but you would have to do the compare to ensure that the entire document has been reworded or rewritten (and it WOULD be!) I wouldn't be able to edit TEN chapters for $35, so if you're not satisfied with the caliber of bidders and you can up the ante, I would love to work with you.
