Craigslist Posting

I am looking for someone who has strong experience with posting ads on Craigslist. I would like 50 postings per day starting from every city in the USA, then Canada, and then going back to the cities in the USA. We can do a 2 week trial (50 postings*14 days) = 700 postings and if the service is good I will keep using this service. The postings will be under Sales/Biz Dev in the Job Category. I need some one who is a CraigsList Expert that knows how to avoid being "flagged" and get past the NEW filters. You are required to have VERY GOOD contact with us, including daily spreadsheets with all links to the ads and the amount of live ads that are on the site. I will supply you with some titles but you will also need to make titles so there are no duplicates, as well as host the jpg image that I will provide to you, so you need to know how to host images. You also need to know how to make my image clickable on Craiglist so the person can click the image to go to my url. I need to know how much this will cost and how soon you could start, should I accept the terms. Thanks,
