With much ado the New Year soon arrives. With butterflies and cold feet most of us will write a New Year's resolution. Many of us write them with a motive or incentive to lose weight. But are New Year's resolutions destined to be broken?
Perhaps for many, but most will give the New Year’s resolution a chance.
For anyone whose motivation might be to lose weight or just enjoy a healthy life style, then this article is just what the doctor ordered. There are an endless number of reasons to start an exercise routine. Your reason could be to look manly and virile, or to just meet fitness goals. Many just want to lose weight and look attractive.
As many reasons as there are to start an exercise program and lose weight, there are more reasons to continue. Perhaps to keep a New Year's resolution! For those who haven't got off the couch to start a weight loss or exercise program, the following are benefits are in a nutshell what you've been lacking. By getting the blood flowing you will be more fit, healthier, and no doubt have a better complexion. People will be asking where your "healthy glow" came from.
Lose weight and lower body fat
Although they are commonly used together they don't necessarily mean the same thing. By losing weight, you could be just losing water or worse yet, losing muscle. But by losing weight through fat loss, you likely will improve your overall appearance.

Ah, yes, the happy hormone endorphin. Also known to enhance sexual desire and performance.
Lower heart rate and blood pressure
A weight loss program or exercise routing will improve your overall cardiovascular health, and again, fewer doctor visits
These are just a few of the benefits of a weight loss program or exercise routine. In actuality the reasons for starting one are endless. What reason do you have not to start one?
