Design a dental surgery floor plan

DESIGN OF DENTAL SURGERY FLOOR PLAN Attached are the floor plans of an existing empty building that we will need a floor plan for fitting out as a dental surgery. Brief is as follows: 1. Total of 7 surgeries, 4 of them being fitted out now 2. 2 consult offices ground floor 3. 1 central sterilisation room 4. A small laboratory 5. Plant room (for compressor and suction motor) 6. Reception desk to accommodate 3 receptionists 7. Waiting area – need 20 chairs 8. Dr’s office level 1 9. Practice managers office level 1 10. Staff area level 1 11. No changes to upstairs offices (only new carpet) 12. Re-use existing WC areas Things to note: - We are only tendering on the project at this stage, so something simple and quick is needed - Please only bid on a floor plan at this stage - We can provide Revit file of existing if this helps, or a .dwg or .dxf - Please be creative with floor plan design - Can also provide photos of existing if this helps - Need plan in 3 days - We are looking for someone that can come up with creative and ergonomic designs for floor plans for all our projects.
