Hi, Matt here and the "computer security" skill tag attracted me that is related to reputation management - that is what you need.
It's hard to bid without any information about you, what is displayed in search engines (when people search for you) and what Internet sites you have or intend to have to get your bad results lower or eliminated on 1st page of SERPs (Search Engine Ranking Positions).
So, yes, I generally don't do that, after 21 years of SEO I might (basically it just involves doing better SEO so the "good" sites push down the "bad" sites that hurt a company, individual or something else (the cause?).
I know I'm bidding this late without many hours to adjust the bid yet I would do slow good results lifting for the next three months - time needed that even for a new website (depending on your choice) can rank high on Google and other engines. And of course other search results being pushed down.
I'm in crazy zeitnot right now so can discuss more over the weekend. Generally my work would include building/enhancing your authority site (mostly a blog is best for this), creating some social media profiles plus best links (including video on YouTube with YouTube SEO), inserting comments on sites with links to various websites to lower current and new "bad results" (so outrank them) and some more tricks. All "white hat" SEO so no way for Google and other engines "penalizing" you for that - or I'll fix even that.
Looking forward to your reply,
Matt
