Need a CI developer for the following task: - Currently users can submit new comments logging in to their account. Need this to be changed to have comment posting public without account. - Insert Captcha for new comment submission - Posted comments need to get approved by admin - after approval, move the comment from approval table to the comments table to make it available publicly - In case of rejection by the admin, delete the comment from the approval table
