Craigslist 20 cities long term I have all done just post

I need someone to take my 20 different craiglist accounts that all have their own phone numbers and email addresses and post ads in all 20 cities that i have accounts for. I have the ads for different cities as well as the pictures that you will upload. I will want a custom html header created that matches our site [login to view URL] that will be used in all ads. We will be posting in the for sale section art from our website. What you need. You need to have 20 different ip addresses so that you can use a different ip address for each city that you post in. I will need to see proof of this. What you will do. You will post 2 ads a week for each city. One on Monday and one on thursday. That is 40 ads a week. 160 ads a month. You will hyperlink the text back to our site. I will expec that you are a professional and will help with strategy. You will provide me with the url for the ads and will be paid monthly on your performance. I will only pay on ads that have been up for 48 hours and will check them at the 48th hour. I will want a spread sheet of the postings after you post them same day. I will not open your response unless you type "craigslist king" in the title of your response. Please bid what you would charge for your 160 ads a month. This will be ongoing and hopefully we will be doing this forever. No time wasters!
