C# CSS Parser

I need a c# product that will parse out a css file, store that information in a binding list, and then write back any changes to the css file. VERY IMPORTANT: The sample file shows one example, which is the font-size, but I would want to be able to change any style element. The attached file has "span" and "@" elements, which I do not need to modify, so it is really just the formatting of the style elements that affect font sizes and spacing. Your code does not have to read any css file, just the formatting of the css file in my example. Preferably, you use regex patterns to identify various styles to avoid not getting caught up in odd string functions, but I am open to other approaches. The code source must not use third-party software as I do not want to pay for licensing. If you believe a certain open source or freely available product can make this easier, I am open to recommendations. Here is what the code will do: 1- Read the CSS file, and following the pattern of the attached css, it will read any styles (non-span and non-@). 2- The style name and settings will be stored in classes. If there are numbers associated, they should be separated from the suffix.. for example, if a font-size is "50pt", your code will store "50" and "pt". 3- Allow for modifications to the styles. 4- Write the changes back out to the file without in any way changing the formatting layout of the file (meaning, you should be able to just as easily re-read the css again to perform more changes.) You will provide the source code with the functions to read the data, the class to store required data, and the function to write data out. You will also provide a sample project that will allow for editing and saving. I would expect this to minimally be a Winform UI with a datagridview to make the changes. I will give preferential consideration to someone that can show me that they know they can perform the task by way of showing me similar previous work or even if show me a snippet of working code (or video, or something similar) using my sample examples.
