add text box, facebook like/activity button to my site

I need the following changes done. 1. Where it says "Allow perfection to become complete, with Elite" move that down in the gray/white area with a nice italic font. 2. Add sitemap at the footer along with a sample address so I may change it in the future. 3. The picture in the background push it to the back and make it grayed out so that the main page will have... a. text box on the left side talking about the site b. facebook like box/activity on the right side c. google maps directions to the shop 4. the third home button picture to rename the image to STORE 5. Make a text box in the about page and underneath that a slideshow of random images so I can change later on.
