I'm assuming you want this as a simple command line program, for a school assignment. Am I right? If you select my bid, I'll write you a C program that does what you want. Unlike the other people bidding, I'll write you one that nicely written and with lots of comments so no only will your teacher give you a good grade but you'll also understand what I did. :) If you select my bid today, I can send you the program by tomorrow evening but you'd need to add the money as a milestone initially, as we don't know each other yet.

I will be able to make this program for you in c++. But I will not be able to implement "splitting" since I don't know enough about it. My knowledge of c++ is limited to classes but you don't need to worry since I can still make a Blackjack game. I made a 2-Player Hangman (text-based) game last year.
