combine header file into the main cpp file C++

I have c++ program which contain header files and cpp files what I want you to do is : combine the header files into the main cpp file (( I want the program contain one cpp file only )) check wither the functions working correctly and make sure the program can do this follow : add , delete ,edit ,search etc... for more details check the attached file I want it to be completed ASAP within a day it should be done as it required
