Hello there! I have much experience with 3D printing with Shapeways (Shapeworks?) and I have printed a number of models with them. I can optimize your design with Solidworks and FEA, to reduce unnecessary material and reduce the extra 3D printing cost, without compromising the part strength. Further, I can heal the geometry with advanced STL manipulation software to minimize shrinkage of the part, as this is not molding and the occuring temperatures are much lower. I am a professional Mechanical Engineer MEng PhD, with 10+ years in the design industry and more than 150 completed projects. Further, I have proficient command of English.
