I also have designed and patented several consumer/commercial based products currently under review for such marketing channels as Walmart, Home Depot, QVC, HSN, Lowes, Bed, Bath & Beyond and the like. In addition, I have an extensive background in Rapid Prototyping and materials. I am very familiar with such processes as injection molding, blow molding, SLS & SLA models, silicon LIM, roto-molding, RTV Molding, Urethane Casting, over molding and 2-shot injection molding, structural foam (RIM) technology, aluminum extrusions, anodizing, 3, 4 and 5 axis machining as well as other processes to create prototypes/production objects.
