Basic Plans for Modern Bar/Music Venue

I am looking for plans to submit to possible investors on a total knockdown/ rebuild of my bar. I have submitted a site plan so you can get a general idea of possible size. I am by no means expecting something that can be submitted for permits, just a basic design and layout that I can present to investors. I am looking to build a two story modern looking commercial building. I would like the first floor to be used as a music venue so minimizing windows and having two doors like a hallway to break up sound would be ideal. I would like the design to reflect as MUCH soundproofing as possible. I want the first level to take up the entire property line. The first level will have a stage, a Big bar, a commercial kitchen office & Men & Women's Bathrooms, also room for a walk in refrigerator. The second floor, which I would like the ability to separate the two if I wanted to only half the 1st or 2nd floor open on different nights. The top floor I would like to have a single bathroom a bar and I would like half of the space to be a outside patio. On the top level feel free to utilize big windows and do something cool and really integrate light considering the bottom floor will be totally dark.
