c# developer

Hi, i need a good developer in C#. Read the details please!. I have a project. The project scope is like this. * I want a good C# developer who can come up with a project. Choose a project, preferably web application with [login to view URL] writing in C# NOT VB and may be include little db. However it doesn't have to be a web application or with ado.net. But it must be C#, so any good idea is welcome. * State the project scope and the Goal. I will present this to my supervisor, if he approved it then we will do it. * Note: No project from project suggestion sites. I have many projects suggestion site, i don't want any of them. So something different would be Good. I will prefer you to write me straight with the project details instead of bidding or sending emails that i should send more details.
