A Large Interactive 3D Map in Unity 3D

We are an established 3D studio seeking an experienced Unity 3D expert to work with us on a contract basis, with good potential for repeat business over time. Our current project is an Interactive 3D Map of a UK region, which is required to be delivered as a Windows EXE to work with touchscreen gestures. The programmer that we have worked with before is unavailable for the immediate start and fast turnaround (approx 1 month) that we need on this occasion. We need someone who would be available almost full time for the coming month (March-April).
