C# Coaching in Budapest, Hungary

I am looking for an experienced C# programmer based in Budapest, Hungary who is willing to spend some hours with me, in person, to help me code my project. I am not an expert programmer and while I have finished a recent project (about 2000 lines of code) I need help streamlining the code, improving the structure, and making it more efficient. You would agree to meet with me in person (must be in Budapest) and I would pay an hourly rate. There will be no exchange of computer code - as this is a sensitive project, we would work with on paper only, meeting in a local cafe or an available room in my university, marking up printouts of computer code for me to edit later, If you are available, have the expertise, and are willing to meet in person in Budapest, please respond with details of your experience and your hourly rate for this type of coaching.
