C sharp Website needs updates

Work order for Health Now Labs Our Web Site was written using C Sharp Language 1) Paging system for Test menu We would like the paging information underneath the 10, 25 or 50 test items on the bottom of the page for both the client menu and the menu for the Health Care Practitioner when they login. This would allow the user to be able to take care the paging without having to go to the top of the page to then go to the next page, etc.: * The ability for users to be able to go to different pages of information with an numerical listing of the different pages available * Have a default of 10 items per page * Have a drop down list which allows the users to select from between 10, 25 or 50 items per page There is no line box as the below image this is just gives the concept of what we are looking for 2) On the Health Care Practitioner Sign Up page the following needs to be executed • Fax Number required function needs to be turned off allowing person the option to enter it or not, making it not mandatory • Website required function needs to be turned off allowing person the option to enter it or not, making it not mandatory • Clinic Name required function needs to be turned off allowing person the option to enter it or not, making it not mandatory 3) Website Template Our graphic designer has created a new design and template for our website we need our designs brought into our website. We will provide the template to your company. We needed it successfully applied to our existing site. All attributes of the existing website will function as intended after your company applies the updated template. 4) need to restore the function of when the HCP Login's the HCP special pricing is showing the center price is the Client Price there should be 3 sets of prices we are to adjust the prices in our Management Control System 5) We need to restore the function of being able test the payment system with a universal visa number for testing the payment system the dummy credit card we previously had was 11x 6) We need the add to cart button added to each individual test page. For example, when you click on a test for more info, we need to add the ability for a client to add the test to their cart from this page. We need this button, the same button as on the test menu page, added on the top right of each individual test page next to the alphabet (right justified). These function will work on both the client side and the practitoner login side.
