Hi, I am a student who is good at coding in arduino. I have done many projects with arduino,and this can be done by using interrupts for clock and we can use digital read for getting button inputs and program can be written accordingly. I will use 123d circuits website for simulation and after completing I can send you complete circuit with simulation.
