Building Linux Kernel with Coverity

I have some experience tweaking and cross compiling linux kernel/binutils( busybox based ones mostly). this would make me a good candidate for this exercise. Steps I propose: 1) locate the correct version of the codesourcery g++ cross compiler( if not make the build work with a different version of the compiler) - this is going to require some mucking around with make files 2) attempt a normal build 3) check if the compiler suite is compatible with coverity builds and that cross compilation is not really a problem - i am hoping this will just work ( otherwise I am in for a world of pain and delay ) 4) attempt a coverity based build Please send me a PM if you think i missed something.
