hi, we have developed a product which suits your requirement. it conatins a hardware unit along with the software developed in .net. you can use any sim card and can send and receive messages. the software is backup with MS Access database. the software can be used to send bulk sms, receiving sms for polling etc. it can also be used for game shows. the price bidded is for both hardware and software. apart from the features you mentioned, our software is having lot of features.
