Custom Application software for touchscreen computer

I have a simple thing I need developed. We are apartment inspectors and we carry around computers to do our inspections. We need someone to create an application that allows us to do our inspections from our computers quickly with predefined findings that equate to points and then allows us to print out our results. I am providing two excel spreadsheets. I am attaching 2 spreadsheet2 called deficiencies defined and sample inspection sheet. Basically tthe deficiency defined sheet lists all of the areas of a building that we inspect and how many points we deduct for each deficiency. We want out insdpectors to be able to choose as many of these defiencies as they want for each category. This should be done in checkbox and dropdown box form so our inspectors can just click on a box and select one or multiple deficiencies for each category. When they are done with the inspection, the deficiencies should show up on a page like sample inspection sheet (attached) with the results and room for us to write comments. It would be extra good if we can add and define more deficiencies in the form as we come up with them. WE ARE USING A PC PLEASE DO NOT BID ON THIS IF YOU DO NOT EXPLAIN HOW YOU ARE GOING TO DO THIS AND RESPOND DIRECTLY TO THIS AD. WE WOULD LIKE THIS DONE ASAP. Thanks! Greg
