I have total seven years experience in developing business applications using Visual Basic, Access and Crystal Report. I have worked on following Software Packages. 1. "Inventory Management software" for a Bombay based Leather Exporter. Which is customized for their day to day use. Data entry is made whenever material is received and issued. Various reports like stock Register, Article wise Material Used Report, Supplier wise Cost Register, Issue Slip etc. are printed. 2. Another "Inventory Management software" for a West Indies based company. It prints following reports. GRN FORM, Cost Valuation Report , Retail valuation report, Current Quantities On hand, Physical Inventory work sheet, Inventory Item list, Inventory ageing Report, Slow moving obsolete & dead (SMOD) stock, EXPIRED STOCK, Near expirey stock, Best sellers(items sold within 3 months based on GRN date by generating invoices) , Profitable Best Sellers(items sold within 3 months based on GRN date with morethan 30% GP% by generating invoice on customer), Item reorder point, Stock activity reports, etc. Both these softwares were developed as per client's specifications. Which are totally different from one another. Other Software Packages I have worked on are as follows, 3. Software for "Export Import Documentation" I have around thirty clients for the same in Bombay. It is used by exporters to prepare and print Export documentation. The formats of Export documents vary from client to client. So lot of customization is required. Besides customers require various MIS Reports. I have prepared different MIS Reports such as Total Sales Report, Customer wise Sales, Country wise Sales, Product wise Sales, Profit Report, Customer wise Ledger, Pending Order details, Payment Received Status etc. as per customer specifications. 4. "BANK Software" which is designed as per specifications of an exporter. After Export is completed Exporter submits the documents to the Bank. Against these documents he can claim Cedit called FBP(Foreign Bill Purchase) before the payment is received from his client. With this software he can keep track of Bills submitted to the Bank, FBP details, PC (Packing Credit) details, Forward Currency Contract details, EEFC Account details and print various reports like Bills submitted details, payment received details, partywise pending payment, PC Loan statement, EEFC details etc.
