CMS style website similar to AllHipHop.com with my twist

Hey I was going to go through GAF but then I decided to chill for a minute. I had a webmaster who did most of my site but not in CMS. He did it in HTML and he did the logo and design pretty much. However I would like it in CMS because he told me [login to view URL] is in CMS and its easier to update and things like that. I will need my site similar to [login to view URL] with the media zone for music, I will need the news, and rumors section in blogs just like the media zone. Also I will need my community to at least have my domain name instead of just saying [login to view URL] because mostly everything on my site is cool but I need it reverted in CMS. I will prolly pick the winner with the lowest bid and by the quickest they can finish my project.
